Korean Food Adventures

Grilled pork in Lettuce wrap..samgyupsal..It was so good. I am salivating while doing this post. The food was delicious.
I love su-bing!!! This was Almond Cheesecake. It has shaved milk, topped off with sliced almonds, cubed cheesecake, and vanilla ice cream, garnished with cranberries. It was heaven!!
Korean Spicy Cold Noodles: Bibim Naeng Myun... I was a bit skeptical trying cold noodles. It is a bit strange having pieces of ice in your bowl of noodles but it is very popular in the summer time in Korea. It actually really good and very flavorful.

Caffe Beane Carmel Popcorn with shaved ice, topped it off with vanilla ice cream and chocolate. It was very interesting but I didn't really like the popcorn part. I will leave it for the popcorn caramel lovers!
This was heaven!!!! My friend took me to a popular spot in Seoul when I visited her. It is somewhere near city hall. It is called ROYS NAKED FRUIT CREATIONS. If you have a chance, you definitely have to try it. This is mango cotton dessert. The shaved ice part was like creamy ice cream once it melted in your month. This is way better than Su-bing, that tells you something because I love Su-bing. Very Delicious!!!

Organic vanilla ice cream custard with a honey comb. It was good. Eating the honey comb was great but it left some wax behind and it left a funky after taste that I didn't really like.

Gotta love street food. This is my go to hotspot to get mild flavorful ddeokboki and soon-dae, it is so good. This place just makes it perfect. In korea, the first time I have tried ddeokboki was so spicy that it felt like my tongue was on fire...so I really didn't find it delicious at all. It was painful to eat.

Dak-galbi... this is soo good. It is chicken in a flavorful sauce with cabbage and other healthy veggies and you eat pieces of it and afterwards the left over is mixed with white rice and seaweed..Droolss...><

Korean toast most of the time is served as a dessert. Fluffy Honey Bread with whip cream and vanilla ice cream to top it off. It is really good and was very satisfying...umm hmmm yummy!
After walking to the Pychongsa Temple....Dessert time, it is a bit funky with cornflakes I have to say but this was not mines, it was a friend's friend.

Craving makkegoli and to make it even better, seafood Pancake... It is soo good.. And h@&$ I did not eat those nasty ass silk worms.... Ewww!
Street Food in Cheonan, my town had more flavorful street food but I only tried at one place, so I might be biases.

Fully stuffed with meat and veggies Mandus...It was good...I had better Mandus before..
Grilled pork again... deliciousness!!!
Kiwi smoothie..very tart and tingy flavor not overly sweet..just perfect.. So refreshing after such a long walk up the temple.
Deliciousness...grilled duck...it is really flavorful each and every bite...with a lot of side dishes.. So yummy!!
I feel this is an acquired taste...I love it but most other foreigners don't like it..But I almost died eating this..inhaling in the bean powder=death....So take a breathe before you put a spoonful in your mouth. It is basically bean powder mixed with nuts, shaved milk ice and cubed cheesecake soo delicious but can be HAZARDOUS..BEWARE I WARNED YOU..this is at my favorite place su-bing.
Droolssss...I have a lot of favorites just a heads up! Mango galore..this is loaded with massive amounts of cubed mangos..this is so yummy but the sad part is... Is is only seasonal and available in the summertime.

Fried Food!!! Corndogs, Korean sugar donuts, twisted donuts... yummy I tried the corn dog and it was fried the sh**t out of it because It was a really dried a%& corndog...yuckkk I was not going to try the others...
You can see how much I like Korean grilled pork!!! If I keep this up I'm going to have a pork belly.><
Coffee Patbingsu....It was definitely not my favorite.. The taste was a bit unique..maybe coffee lovers out there...Presentation looks scrupulous but the taste was okay.

Black bean sauce with rice...It was not one of the best dishes I have tried in South Korea. It was okay...
Street food-Fish cake around a rice cake was delicious, however the rice cake was a bit to thick for my taste but the fish cake was flavorful and delicious. Best 1000 Won spent... Oops..my toes decided to say hi..
Grilled Deliciousness!!! So good!

Street food in Jinju...Looks delicious...so I tried the colorful cup with mini chicken bites and a straw sticking out of it. It actually has coke slushie beneath it so the chicken was cold..and it did not taste that great.. :P Not the best 3000 Won spent...
Grilled Chicken skewers are really flavorful and delicious. There are couple different sauces that you can use and after each bite you snip the thick skewer stick, to prevent you from stabbing yourself, so I tried all the different sauces..=Deliciousness It was 3000W for deliciousness.
Squid Tentacles...Grilled with butter...super flavorful and very delicious!!
Side dishes from Galbi-Jim...Salad and light mayo salad above.
Galbi-Jim in Seoul is delicious.. super goood...Heavennn....

Babao Brothers Restaurant..Spicy squid with pita bread sprinkled with cheese, green salad, soup....This was a set for two people..It was spicy but very delicious... :D

Spicy Ramen near my apartment and it was superrrr spicyyy but it was very tasty.. I was sweating eating this.

Chicken rice soup...It is an entire baby chicken with rice inside the chicken. There are jujube, ginseng and other very healthy herbs inside. This is great when you are sick and it is very tasty and super yummy!!! I definitely will be back for more.

stay tune for more delicious food porn- xoxoxo-chuiee <3
